From the Rose family of Panola, Kentucky.
Uses
Full snaps, or shellies. Quite tasty either way.
Description
Growth: Tall vines.
Flowers:
Pods: Flattish; very large, both long (over 6") and broad; thick and fleshy. Stringed. Pods take a long time to dry down.
Seeds: Very dark purple and light grey in a "frosted" pattern, with each color concentrated at opposite ends. The light color takes up most of the surface.
