Also called: Egyptian beans, Indian beans
Plant type: vine
Native to: Africa
Parts eaten: flowers, leaves (cooked), young pods and seeds (cooked), seeds (sprouted), roots (cooked). Seeds poisonous unless cooked, and apparently leaves need to be cooked in a change of water.
