Name and History
Brought to the US in 1929 from Sapporo, Japan, and grown in New Mexico for many years.

Description
Growth:
Maturity Group I. 65-110 days to maturity; 85 on average. Small plant from 1-2 feet tall. Day-length neutral. Germinates well in cool weather.
